Uttar Basti- In this procedure, medicated oils, ghrits are instilled into the uterus through the vaginal route under aseptic conditions by a gynecologist.
Indications: Menstrual pain, infertility, tubal blockage, excessive bleeding etc.

Yoni Prakshalanam- Herbal oil and medicated decoctions are applied through the vaginal route. Effective for various disorders and acts as a purification process for the genital organs.
Indications: Vaginitis, leucorrhoea, vaginal dryness, pain, prolapse, etc.

Yoni Pichu- Small tampoons dipped in medicated oils are placed inside the vagina.
Indications: Effective in vaginal infections, discharges, etc.

Kshar Applications- This is an extremely effective form of herbal cauterization done in cases of cervical erosions.
